摘  要:为了筛选用于提高原油采收率的高效石油降解菌株,采用平板划线法从油藏采出水样中筛选得到3株产表面活性剂菌:11号菌、18号菌和20号菌。经革兰氏染色后观察,三种菌均为G+、短杆菌。生理生化试验结果表明:11号菌可能为芽孢菌属,18号菌、20号菌可能为假单胞杆菌属。不同碳源下三种菌的菌液浓度变化结果表明:均以蔗糖为碳源时菌液浓度变化较小,表面张力没有下降,产表活能力没有变化;以石油加蔗糖为碳源时,三种菌曲线变化较大,20号菌表面张力下降较多,其产表活能力比11号菌和18号菌强。To screen efficient oil degrading strains for enhancing oil's recovery efficiency, three stains producing surfactant from produced water were obtained by stesak plate method, as No. 11, No. 18 and No. 20. Three strains were gram-positive, short bacillus by gram stain. The results of physiological and biochemical characteristics indicated that No. 11 may belong to genus Bacillus, and No. 18 and No. 20 belong to genus Pseudomonas. The results of the changes of bacteria concentration in different carbon sources showed that the changes of bacteria concentration were smaller, the surface tension didn't decrease and the ability producing surfactant didn't change when carbon source was sucrose. However, when oil and surcose were used as carbon sources, the changes of bacteria concentration for three strains were bigger, while the decreasing of surface tension of No.20 was more,and ability producing surfactant higher than No.11 and No. 18.
