深度手烧伤患者的生活质量及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨深度手烧伤患者生活质量现状及其影响因素。方法2014年12月至2015年12月,便利抽样法选取在福建省烧伤中心住院治疗的深度手烧伤患者54例为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、日常生活活动能力(the barthel index of activities dailyliving,Barthel指数)量表及简明烧伤健康量表(the abbreviated burn-specific health scale,BSHSA)对其进行调查。结果入院时,Barthel指数量表评定中度及以上残疾的患者占61.11%,BSHS-A总分为(263.84±72.06)分。出院时,生活基本自理者达83.33%,BSHS-A总分为(308.52±62.26)分。性别、烧伤面积、手术情况、治疗费用及并发症是Barthel指数和BSHS-A总分的共同影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论性别、烧伤面积、手术情况、治疗费用及有未发生并发症是深度手烧伤患者生活质量的主要影响因素,护理人员应针对上述影响因素,采取有针对性的护理措施,以提高其生活质量。Objective To study the quality of life and the influencing factors of patients with deep hand burn.Methods By convenience sampling,54 cases were selected and investigated by general scale,the barthel index of activities dailyliving（Barthel index）and the abbreviated burn-specific health scale（BSHSA）.Result On admission,patients with moderate and severe disability accounted for 61.11% and were scored（263.8±72.06）points in BSHS-A.Before discharge,patients with self-care ability of daily living accounted for 83.33%,and were scored（308.52±62.26）points in BSHS-A.The gender,burn area,operation time,costs,and complications were the influencing factors of Barthel index and BSHS-A score（all P〈0.05）.Conclusions The gender,burn area,operation time,costs,and complications were the influencing factors of quality of life,the medical staffs should take targeted interventions upon those factors to improve their quality of life.
