摘　　要：大学生领导力研究已日益成为领导学界关注的课题,本文运用大学生领导力素质模型建立了大学生领导力水平量表,对天津市、河北省10所高校的大学生进行了现状调研,并基于模型,总结归纳了现阶段大学生领导力现状,有针对性地提出了高校及学生自身等各方面培养领导力的提升建议。Academic research about student leadership has increasingly become a topic of concern. Using student leadership quality model, the article established a Student Leadership level scale and conducted an investigation in 10 colleges and universities in Tianjin and Hebei Province. Based on the model, the author summarized the current situation of the leadership education and put forward some promotional suggestions.
