2型糖尿病患者血清瘦素、超敏C反应蛋白及脂联素的表达及其意义

摘　　要：【目的】探讨血清瘦素、超敏c反应蛋白（hPcRP）及脂联素在2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者中的表达水平及其意义。【方法】选取2013年9月至2015年8月本院收治的T2DM患者120例为观察组，同期的60例非糖尿病者为对照组，所有患者均收集临床资料，记录患者的病史、体质量指数（BMI）、血脂水平、空腹血糖（FPG）、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR），检测患者血清瘦素、hs-CRP及脂联素的水平，分析患者临床资料与血清瘦素、hs-CRP及脂联素水平的相关性。【结果】患者脂联素与瘦素呈负相关（P〈0．05），脂联素与BMI、血脂、HOMA-IR、hs-CRP呈负相关（P〈0．05），瘦素与BMI、血脂、HOMA-IR、hs-CRP呈正相关（Pd0．05），hPCRP与HOMA-IR呈正相关（Pd0．05）；患者的病程与瘦素水平及hs-CRP水平呈正相关（P〈0．05），与脂联素水平呈负相关（P〈0．05）。【结论】血清瘦素、hs-CRP及脂联素水平与T2DM患者病程、BMI、血脂等呈显著相关。[Objective]To investigate the expression level and significance of serum leptin, high sensitive C re- active protein （hsCRP） and adiponectin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. [Methods] From Sep- tember 2013 to August 2015, 120 patients with T2DM were chosen as study group. At the same time, 60 non- T2DM patients were chosen as control group. The clinical features were collected, and the disease history, BMI, blood lipid, FPG and HOMA-IR were recorded. All patients were detected with leptin, hsCRP and adiponectin. [Results] The adiponectin was negatively related to leptin（ P 〈0.05）; the adiponectin was negatively related to BMI, blood lipid, HOMA-IR and hsCRP（ P〈0.05） ; the leptin was positively related to BMI, blood lipid, HO- MA-IR and hsCRP（ P 〈0.05; hs-CRP was positively related to HOMA-IR（ P 〈0.05）.The course of disease was positively related to leptin and hsCRP （ P 〈0.05）, and it was negatively related to adiponectin （ P 〈0.05）. [Con- clusion] Serum leptin, hsCRP and adiponectin levels were significantly correlated with course of disease , BMI and blood lipid levels in patients with T2DM.
