Wnt10b在骨肉瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：【目的】研究骨肉瘤组织中wnt10b蛋白的表达情况，探讨其在骨肉瘤发生发展中的意义。【方法】利用免疫组织化学技术检测15例骨软骨瘤和55骨肉瘤中的wnt10b蛋白的表达并结合患者临床资料分析其临床意义。【结果】①Wnt10b在骨肉瘤中和骨软骨瘤的阳性表达率分别为71．0％（39／55）和26．7％（4／15），骨肉瘤组阳性表达率显著高于骨软骨瘤组，差异有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。②在骨肉瘤组织中，Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期骨肉瘤wnt10b阳性表达率分别为75．8％（25／33）和84．6％（11／13）明显高于I期的33．3％（3／9），有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。而Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。在有转移的骨肉瘤中阳性表达率为100％（13／13），在无转移的骨肉瘤中表达阳性率为61．9％（26／42）。两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。③在骨肉瘤组织中，wnt10b的表达与患者性别、年龄以及病理组织学分型无关（P〉0．05）。【结论]Wnt10b蛋白在骨肉瘤中的发生、发展起重要作用，并且与骨肉瘤的恶性程度有关。[Objective]To investigate the expression of Wntl0b in human osteosarcoma tissue and to ana- lyse the significance of its occurrence and development. [Methods]fmmunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Wntl0b in paraffin specimens of 15 osteochondroma patients and 55 osteosarcoma patients. [Results]The positive expression rate of Wntl0b in osteosarcoma patients was 71.0^ （39/55）,while in osteo- chondroma patients it was 26.7% （4/15） ; the rate of osteosarcoma is higher than that of osteochondroma, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. The positive expression rates of Wnt10b in stage Ⅱ（75.8%） and Ⅲ（84.6%） patients were remarkably higher than that of stage I pa- tients （33.3 %）; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈0.05）, while the positive rates of patients in stage; and stage Ⅲ showed no significant difference（ P 〉0.05）.The positive ex- pression rate of Wnt10b in osteosarcoma with metastasis was 100.0% （13/13）, while in osteosarcoma without metastasis it was 61.9 % （26/42）. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）.The positive expression rate of Wntl0b in osteosarcoma patients showed no significant differences in re- lation to sex, age and pathological types （ P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion]Wnt10b protein can play an important role in osteosarcoma occurrence and development and relate to the degree of malignancy of osteosarcoma.
