不同治疗方案在面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者中的疗效对比

摘　　要：【目的】比较不同治疗方案治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者的临床疗效。【方法】选取2013年1月至2015年1月在本院收治的80例面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者，采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。两组患者均采用C0：点阵激光治疗，观察组患者在此基础上外敷胶原贴敷料20min。对比两组患者的急性炎症反应情况、临床疗效、痂皮脱落时间、误工期和不良反应情况。【结果】观察组急性炎症反应评分为3分的患者占15．00％（6／40），显著低于对照组35．00％（14／40）；观察组临床疗效总有效率为85．00％，明显优于对照组70．00％；观察组患者的痂皮脱落时间和误工期均显著短于对照组患者；观察组不良反应率为20．0。％，显著低于对照组42．50％，其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。【结论】采用CO2点阵激光联合外敷胶原贴敷料治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者，能够减轻急性炎症反应，降低不良反应发生率，缩短痂皮脱落时间和误工期，值得临床推广应用。[Objective]To compare the clinical efficacy of different treatment options in the facial acne scars depressed patients. [Methods] 80 cases of facial acne sag scar patients in the hospital from January, 2013 to January 2015 were selected. With random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each. Patients of the two groups were treated with CO2 laser , The obser- vation group were based on the application of collagen dressing in 20 min. Acute inflammatory reaction, clini- cal efficacy, scab off time, the off-work time and adverse reaction conditions of the two groups of patients were compared.[Results]In the observation group, patients with 3 points in acute inflammation scoring took 15 % （6/40）, which was significantly lower than that the control group 35 ~ （14/40） ; The total effective rate of observation group was 85 %, which was significantly better than that of control group 70 % ; Decrustation time and off-work time in patients of the observation group were significantly shorter than those the control group. The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 20 %, significantly lower than that of the control group 42.50%, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The fractional CO2 laser combined with external application of collagen dressing in the treatment of facial acne scar can relieve the acute inflammatory response, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, shorten the decrustation time and off-work time. Thus, it is worthy of clinical application.
