摘　　要：在教育精准扶贫背景下,高校学生资助工作呈不断精准、规范、专业的发展趋势,这对学生资助工作队伍提出了严峻挑战,队伍培养与建设改革问题提上日程。高校资助工作队伍培训是队伍培养与建设的重要环节,培训的实效性势必影响到资助工作的精准度与成效。文章在分析当前资助工作制度变化、资助工作本身特性及资助队伍培养现状的基础上,提出了建立分类管理培训机制的可行性分析,通过分类管理培训逐步实现资助工作队伍从"杂化""散化"向正规化、专业化、职业化的转化。In recent years,the development of financial management work has been more rigorous,standardized and professional.So,the students funded work team face a severe challenge.Team training and construction reform gradually put on the agenda.The training is an important part.The effectiveness of the training will affectaccuracy and effectiveness of the work.This paper propose a feasibility analysis about the establishment of classification management training mechanism,which from the changes of the current financial system,the characteristics of the work itself and the problems of the team training.Finally,the classification management training mechanism gradually realizes work team from the＂disorder＂,＂scattered＂to the regularization,specialization and professional transformation.
