摘　　要：TPP(跨太平洋战略经济伙伴协定)加剧了亚太贸易格局的复杂性,闭合区域内的自由贸易将使TPP域外国家遭受强烈的贸易和投资转移效应。这种转移效应最终对我国外向型产业安全造成影响,同时也为良性"倒逼"机制的形成提供了可能性。因此,我国外向型产业应维护与开拓海外自由贸易市场,培养并发展产业创新能力。TPP（Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement） makes the Asia-Pacific trade pattern more complex.The free trade in the TPP member countries will cause strong trade and investment transfer effect in other countries and areas.The effect will ultimately affect the security of the export-oriented industry in China,but at the same time it will provide impetus to urge the industry to develop even better.Therefore,the export-oriented industry in China should maintain and expand oversea free trade market and cultivate as well as improve the industry innovation ability to deal with the situation.
