摘  要:目的:观察比较大鼠灌胃给药生苍术和麸炒苍术后的血清成分。方法:分别建立生苍术和麸炒苍术饮片中化学成分及灌胃给药生苍术和麸炒苍术大鼠血清中化学成分的HPLC色谱图;比较分析苍术饮片中化学成分的入血情况及灌胃给药生苍术与麸炒苍术后大鼠血清中化学成分的异同。结果:从灌胃给药麸炒苍术大鼠血清中确定18种入血移行成分,其中9种为原形成分,其他9种为代谢产物,且与灌胃给药生苍术的含药血清相近。结论:该实验初步明确了生苍术和麸炒苍术入血成分的异同,为苍术麸炒的临床应用提供参考。Objective : To compare the serum constituents in rats after administration of raw and processed Atractylodis Rhizoma. Methods : The HPLC chromatographies of raw Atractylodis Rhizorna, processed Atractylodis Rhizoma, serum of rats administrated raw Atractylodis Rhizoma and serum of rats administrated processed Atractylodis Rhizoma were established;The similarities and differences between them were compared. Results: Eighteen constituents migrating to the blood were detected,of which nine were metabolites,nine were prototype constituents. The serum constituents in rats after administration of raw and processed Atractylodis Rhizoma are similar. Conclusion:This paper preliminarily clarifies the similarities and differences of constituents in serum of rats after administration of raw and processed Atractylodis Rhizorna.
