摘 要:目的:测量不同产地山药和甘草中微量元素含量,为合理安全用药提供参考依据。方法:采用微波消解法处理样品,以火焰原子吸收分光光度计测定钙、钠、铜的含量。结果:山药中钙、钠、铜的浓度范围分别为2.329~4.772g·kg^(-1)、0.118~1.299g·kg^(-1)和3.543~11.489g·kg^(-1)。甘草中钙、钠、铜的浓度范围分别为0.623~6.532g·kg^(-1)、0.304~0.501g·kg^(-1)和5.530~11.234g·kg^(-1)。不同产地样品中各元素含量差异较大。结论:建立的微波消解试样-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定山药和甘草中钙、钠、铜等微量元素的方法简便可靠,山药和甘草中的重金属铜含量低于限量标准,钙和钠元素含量较高。Objective: Measuring the content of trace elements in Chinese yam and Glycyrrhiza uralensis which originate from different places so as to provide a basis for people to have a safe and reasonable medication. Methods: Dissolved by microwave, atomic absorption spec-trometer is applied to measure the content of trace elements. Results : The content of calcium, sodium and cuprum in Chinese yam are 2. 329-4.772g·kg^-1, 0.118-1.299g·kg^-1, 3.543-11.489g·kg^-1,respectively. The content of calcium, sodium and cuprum in Glycyrrhiza uralensis are 0. 623~6. 532g·kg^-1 , 0. 304-0. 501g·kg^-1 , 5. 530-11. 234g·kg^-1 respectively. Conclusion: Estab-lishment the methods of measured the trace elements including calcium, sodium and cuprum by atomic absorption spectrometer, the content of euprum conforms to the standard of medicinal plant. The content of calcium and sodium is relatively high.
