双唑泰泡腾片治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨双唑泰泡腾片研粉外用治疗真菌性外耳道炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年3月-2015年4月本院收治的真菌性外耳道炎患者50例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组25例。对照组给予氟康唑滴耳液滴注清洗外耳道治疗,治疗组给予双唑泰泡腾片研粉涂布外耳道治疗,1个疗程结束后,比较两组患者外耳道的康复情况和真菌转阴率。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为96.0%,真菌转阴率为80.0%,分别高于对照组的76.0%和52.0%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均未见出现严重不良反应。结论:双唑泰泡腾片研粉外用治疗真菌性外耳道炎的效果比较好,具有真菌转阴率高、副作用小、治疗费用经济实惠及易于患者坚持用药等优点,具有广阔的应用前景,值得临床推广。Objective：To discuss the clinical efficacy of Metronidazole,Clotrimazole and Chlorhexidine Acetate effervescent tablets for external use to treat fungal otitis externa.Method：From March 2014 to April 2015,50 cases of fungal external otitis in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,each group had 25 cases.The control group was treated with fluconazole ear drops drip cleaning meatus,the treatment group was given Metronidazole,Clotrimazole and Chlorhexidine Acetate effervescent tablets into powder coating canal,the external auditory canal rehabilitation and fungal clearance rate in two groups were compared after 1 course of treatment.Result：The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.0% and the fungal clearance rate was 80.0%,respectively higher than the control group of 76.0% and 52.0%,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Two groups of patients during treatment were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion：Metronidazole,Clotrimazole and Chlorhexidine Acetate effervescent tablets powder topical treatment of fungal otitis externa is better,has advantage of fungus overcastrate is high,the side effects is small,treatment cost economic benefits and patients can adhere to the drug,has a broad application prospect,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
