摘  要:目的:观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者尿锁链素(DES)水平及其与病期及肺功能相关性。方法:选取COPD急性加重期住院患者30例(急性加重期组),稳定期患者30例(稳定期组),另选同期健康体检者30例做对照组。采用间接竞争性酶联免疫吸附法(IC-ELISA)法检测各组尿锁链素,并测定三组肺功能第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比(FEV_1/FVC)及第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV_1%Pred)。结果:急性加重期组、稳定期组及对照组受试者尿锁链素水平组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性加重期组和稳定期组COPD患者尿锁链素水平与FEV1/FVC及FEV1%Pred均呈负相关(r=-0.735、-0.643,P<0.05)。结论:COPD患者尿锁链素水平可能与COPD病情的严重程度相关,有望作为病情评估、疗效评价的标志物。Objective:To explore the clinical significance of desmosine in the pathogenesis of COPD by observing the urine levels of desmosine in different stages of COPD and analyzing the relationships with lung function.Method:30 cases of AECOPD were selected as the AECOPD group,30 cases of stable COPD were selected as the COPD group and 30 cases of healthy people were selected as the control group.Indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method(IC-ELISA) was used to detect the urine desmosine levels of the three groups,the FEV1/FVC and FEV1%Pred for all subjects were detected.Result:The urine levels of desmosine in the AECOPD group were significantly higher than those in stable COPD group and control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The urine levels of desmosine in AECOPD group and stable COPD group were negatively correlated with FEV1/FVC and FEV1%Pred(r=-0.735、-0.643,P0.05).Conclusion:The urine level of desmosine increases in COPD patients,which may be associated with clinical manifestations of COPD,it is expected to become a marker for disease assessment and efficacy evaluation.
