敷胸膏对大鼠呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎肺形态学改变及肺组织病毒载量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨敷胸膏对大鼠呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的治疗作用。方法:以呼吸道合胞病毒滴鼻感染大鼠,治疗组予敷胸膏干预。每日观察大鼠的生存状态,在合胞病毒感染后3、5、7 d,计算肺指数,苏木素-伊红染色(HE染色)法观察病理改变,实时荧光定量PCR(real time RT-PCR)检测大鼠肺组织中病毒载量。结果:治疗组在感染后第3、5、7天全身症状减轻,肺指数下降;肺病变范围及肺泡腔渗出物减小;肺组织病毒载量降低。结论:敷胸膏对大鼠呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎有一定的治疗作用。Objective： To investigate the treatment effect of Fuxiong Pastes on respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia in rats. Methods： The rats were infected by respiratory syncytial virus through intranasal injection. The treatment groups were intervened by Fuxiong Pastes. The survival state rates were observed every day. On 3rd,5th and 7th day after infection,the lung index,inhibiting rate and pathological changes of lung tissue under the optical microscope were observed. In addition,Real time PCR（ RT-PCR） was used to detect the virus load in lungs tissue of rats. Results： Systemic symptoms were relieved. The lung index was declined and the lung lesions scope and alveolar exudate reduced. Viral load of the lung tissue reduced in treatment groups. Conclusions： Fuxiong Pastes can treat respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia in rats.
