摘 要:目的:系统评价中药对动物心肌线粒体氧化应激损伤的干预疗效。方法:计算机检索Pub Med(1966—2015.7)、Embase(1966—2015.7)、CBM(1978—2015.7)、CNKI(1915—2015.7)、VIP(1989—2015.7)及Wanfang(1990—2015.7)等数据库,纳入中药干预心肌线粒体氧化应激损伤的动物实验,由两名研究者独立评价纳入研究的质量、提取数据并交叉核对,使用Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入17个研究。系统评价及Meta分析结果显示:中药可上调模型动物心肌线粒体超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)水平、改善线粒体脂质过氧化损伤相关谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(malonaldehyde,MDA)含量,减轻线粒体DNA(mitochondrial deoxyribonucleic acid,mt DNA)损伤。结论:中药可通过干预心肌线粒体氧化应激损伤发挥临床疗效。Objective: To assess the efficacy of Chinese medicine for myocardial mitochondrial oxidative stress injury based on animal models. Methods: We searched Pub Med( 1966 to July 2015),Embase( 1966 to July 2015),CBM( 1978 to July 2015),CNKI( 1915 to July 2015),VIP( 1989 to July 2015) and Wanfang databases( 1990 to July 2015). All researches based on animal models of treating myocardial mitochondrial oxidative stress injury with Chinese medicine versus untreated groups were included. The data was extracted independently by two reviewers. Meta-analyses were conducted by the Rev Man 5. 2 software. Results: Seventeen researches were included. The Meta-analysis results showed that Chinese medicine up-regulated the activities of SOD and GSH-Px,reduced the level of MDA and alleviated mt DNA injury. Conclusion: Chinese medicine may be clinically effective on treating myocardial mitochondrial oxidative stress injury.
