摘 要:目的:探讨芍药红花煎剂对肝损伤细胞氧自由基及凋亡因子影响。方法:采用皮下注射四氯化碳(CCl4)法制备肝损伤小鼠模型,给予芍药红花煎剂灌胃治疗两周,治疗结束后对大鼠细胞氧自由基MDA和SOD水平,凋亡因子Bc1-2和Bax蛋白表达情况进行检测。结果:与阳性药相比,中剂量与高剂量组MDA水平较低(P<0.05),SOD水平较高(P<0.05),Fas、Fas L、Bax与Bc1-2蛋白水平较高,Bc1-2/Bax的比例较低(P<0.05)。结论:芍药红花煎剂能够明显改善肝损伤小鼠细胞氧自由基MDA和SOD水平,调节凋亡因子Fas、Fas L、Bc1-2和Bax蛋白表达情况,对临床有指导意义。Objective: To investigate the influence of Shaoyao Honghua Decoction on oxygen free radical and apoptosis factors of liver injury. Methods: The subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride( CCl4) method was used for preparation of liver injury mice model,giving Shaoyao Honghua Decoction for two weeks. At the end of treatment,oxygen free radical( MDA and SOD levels),apoptosis factors( Bcl-2 and Bax) protein expressions were detected. Results: Compared with the positive drugs,the middle and high dose groups' MDA was lower and SOD level higher( P〈0. 05). Bax and Bc1-2 levels were higher and Bc1-2 / Bax lower( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Shaoyao Honghua Decoction can significantly improve liver injury mice cells oxygen free radical( MDA and SOD levels) and regulate apoptosis factors( Bcl-2 and Bax protein expressions),with the significant guidance for clinic.
