羚羊角胶囊联合局部滴眼液治疗成人咽结膜热的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨羚羊角胶囊联合局部滴眼液治疗成人咽结膜热的疗效。方法:将在医院经确诊的100例成人咽结膜热患者随机分为对照组50例和观察组50例。对照组患者仅应用常规清热解毒治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上,则应用羚羊角胶囊联合局部滴眼液进行治疗,将两组治疗后的临床效果、疾病转归情况进行对比。结果:采用羚羊角胶囊联合局部滴眼液治疗成人咽结膜热的观察组总有效率(96.00%)明显高于应用牛黄消炎丸的对照组(70.00%),统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。观察组咽结膜热患者体温消退时间(2.50±1.42)d和脓苔消退时间(3.23±2.76)d均明显短于对照组患者体温消退时间(3.50±2.61)d和脓苔消退时间(4.19±2.87)d,统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。应用羚羊角胶囊联合局部滴眼液治疗成人咽结膜热的观察组患者退热情况明显优于对照组患者,统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论:羚羊角胶囊联合局部滴眼液治疗成人咽结膜热临床总有效率高于常规治疗方法,有有效缩短体温消退及脓苔消退时间,退热效果更好,24 h内退热率高,减轻患者痛苦。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of Antelope Horn Capsule combined with topical eye drops in the treatment of adult pharyngeal conjunctival fever. Methods： A hundred cases of adult pharyngeal conjunctival fever in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group. The patients of the control group only used routine detoxification treatment and those of the observation group were given antelope horn capsule combined with topical eye drops treatment. After treatment,the clinical effect and the disease outcome of two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group（ 96%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 70. 00%） with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Body temperature fade time（ 2. 50 ± 1.42） d and time of abscess（ 3. 23 ± 2. 76） d of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group with [body temperature fade time（ 3. 50 ± 2. 61） d and time of abscess（ 4. 19 ± 2. 87） d] with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Application of Antelope Horn Capsule combined with topical eye drops in the treatment of adult pharyngeal conjunctival fever was obviously better than that of the the control group with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： The clinical efficiency of Antelope Horn Capsule combined with topical eye drops in the treatment of adult pharyngeal conjunctival fever is higher than that of the conventional treatment which can effectively shorten body temperature fade time and time of abscess and has better antipyretic effect in 24 hours,reducing the pain of patients.
