手足口病合并脑炎患儿应用喜炎平注射液联合清热解毒合剂治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨手足口病合并脑炎患儿采用喜炎平注射液联合清热解毒合剂治疗的临床效果。方法:将医院收治的52例手足口病合并脑炎患儿按数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组26例患儿。对照组患儿采用常规抗病毒治疗,观察组患儿则在对照组治疗基础上采用喜炎平注射液联合清热解毒合剂治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果、治疗起效时间及治疗前后的血清学指标变化情况。结果:观察组患儿治疗的临床总有效率(88.47%)和对照组临床总有效率(65.38%)相比明显提高;观察组患儿热程(3.41±1.62)d、头痛缓解时间(2.96±1.31)d、意识恢复时间(2.16±1.02)d和对照组患儿热程(5.54±1.29)d、头痛缓解时间(4.12±1.28)d、意识恢复时间(3.59±1.01)d相比明显缩短;观察组患儿治疗7 d后血清ALP(8.92±0.33)1000U/L、血清PA(228.31±35.64)mg/L明显高于对照组血清ALP(7.08±0.13)1000U/L、血清PA(172.47±25.74)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手足口病合并脑炎患儿采用喜炎平注射液联合清热解毒合剂治疗效果显著,不仅起效快,可明显缓解患儿发热、流涎等症状,而且能有效改善患儿血清学指标,加快患儿康复。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Xiyanping Injection combined with Qingrejiedu Mixture in the treatment of children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease（ HFMD） combined with encephalitis. Methods： A total of 52 cases of children with HFMD complicated with encephalitis were divided into the control group and the observation group,26 cases in each group. Children of the control group were treated with conventional therapy and children of the observation group given Xiyanping Injection combined with Qingrejiedu Mixture based on the control group＇s treatment. The therapeutic effect,the onset time before and after the treatment and the serological indexes of two groups were compared.Results： The clinical total effective rate of the observation group（ 88. 47%） was significantly higher than the control group＇s（ 65. 38%）. The observation group＇s fever process（ 3. 41 ± 1. 62） d,headache relief time（ 2. 96 ± 1. 31） d and consciousness recovery time（ 2. 16 ± 1. 02） d were significantly shorter than the control group＇s fever process（ 5. 54 ±1. 29） d,headache relief time（ 4. 12 ± 1. 28） d and consciousness recovery time（ 3. 59 ± 1. 01） d. The observation group＇s serum ALP（ 8. 92 ± 0. 33） 1000 U / L after 7 d treatment and serum PA（ 228. 31 ± 35. 64） mg / L were significantly higher than the control group＇s serum ALP（ 7. 08 ± 0. 13） 1000 U / L after 7 d treatment and serum PA（ 172. 47 ±25. 74） mg / L and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment effect of Xiyanping Injection combined with Qingrejiedu Mixture in the treatment of HFMD combined with encephalitis is remarkable,which not only has a rapid onset but also can significantly relieve the symptoms of children with fever and effectively improve the serological indexes of children to speed up the rehabilitation of children.
