中医药治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的Meta分析及用药规律总结

摘　　要：目的:评价中医药治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效,总结中医药治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的用药规律。方法:通过检索近15年国内发表的中医药治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床文献,按照纳入排除标准进行筛选,对纳入的文献作出Meta分析,在此基础上,总结中医药治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的用药规律。结果:本研究共纳入临床文献35篇,均为低质量文献,Meta分析显示,中医药治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎优于西医组{OR值为5.42,95%CI[4.37,6.71],差异有统计学意义(Z=15.48,P<0.01)};中医药治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的核心配伍为葛根、黄芩、黄连、苍术、白术、茯苓、藿香、车前子、泽泻、焦山楂、木香、甘草。结论:中医药治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎肠炎疗效确切;其核心配伍尚需临床试验验证其疗效。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of using traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis and find the application regularity of Chinese medicine. Methods： Domestic clinical research literature using traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis in past 15 years were retrieved,and then the included studies according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria were made the Meta-analyzed and the application regularity of Chinese medicine was summarized. Results： A total of 35 included clinical studies had low quality. Meta-analysis results showed that using traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis had better efficacy than western medicine group{ OR： 5. 42,95% CI[4. 37,6. 71 ],the difference was statistically significant（ Z = 15. 48,P〈0. 01） }.The core compatibility of Chinese medicine in treatment infantile rotavirus enteritis were Gegen（ puerariae lobatae radix）,Huangqin（ scutellariae radix）,Huanglian（ coptidis rhizoma）,Cangzhu（ atractylodis rhizoma）,Baizhu（ atractylodis macrocephalae rhizome）,Fuling（ poria）,Huoxiang（ pogostemonis herba）,Cheqianzi（ plantaginis semen）,Zexie（ alismatis rhizoma）,Jiaoshanzha（ crataegi fructus）,Muxiang（ aucklandiae radix） and Gancao（ glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine was more effective in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis according to our results,meanwhile,its application regularity still needs more clinical studies.
