Q-1064激光联合中药熏蒸治疗难治性局限性神经性皮炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察Q-1064激光联合中药熏蒸治疗难治性局限性神经性皮炎的疗效。方法:将难治性局限性神经性皮炎患者79例随机分为两组。治疗组39例,患处给予Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗及中药熏蒸治疗;对照组40例,给予糠酸莫米松乳膏外涂;以上两组均连续治疗4周及8周后观察结果。第6个月末随访观察复发情况。结果:治疗组4周总有效率为61.54%,对照组为57.50%,两组差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。治疗组8周总有效率为84.62%,对照组为62.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第6个月末治疗组复发5例(29.41%),对照组6例(85.71%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:研究提示Q-1064激光联合中药熏蒸治疗难治性局限性神经性皮炎具有较好的临床疗效,且复发率较低。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Q-1064 laser with Chinese medicine steaming for refractory local neurodermatitis. Methods： Seventy-nine cases of refractory local neurodermatitis patients were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty-nine cases in treatment group were treated by Q-1064 laser with Chinese medicine steaming. Forty cases in control group were treated by Mometasone Furoate Cream for external use. Observe the results after 4 and 8weeks. Follow up at the end of the sixth month and observe the recurrence. Results： After 4 weeks,the total effective rate was 61. 54% in the treatment group while 57. 50% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After 8 weeks,the total effective rate was 84. 62% in the treatment group while 62. 5% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After 6 months,there were 5 recurrent cases（ 29. 41%） in the treatment group while 6（ 85. 71%） in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Q-1064 laser with Chinese medicine steaming for refractory local neurodermatitis is better. And its recurrence rate is lower.
