多聚糖粉的局部止血及生物相容性的研究

摘　　要：目的研究多聚糖粉的局部止血效果和生物相容性。方法将新西兰兔随机分为空白、阳性组(AristaTMAH)和多聚糖粉组,分别制备耳中心动脉、耳缘静脉、肌肉及肝脏出血模型,测定止血时间;术后,在肌肉及肝脏埋置多聚糖粉,观察其对伤口愈合、局部组织及血液的影响。结果多聚糖粉组较空白组的止血时间显著缩短,对伤口愈合、局部组织及血液基本无影响。结论多聚糖粉的局部止血效果显著,且具良好的生物相容性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the local hemostatic effect and biocompatibility of polysaccharide powder.METHODS New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into control group,positive group（AristaTMAH） and polysaccharide powder group.Rabbits ＇central ear artery,marginal ear vein,muscle and liver bleeding models were made in each group,and the time of haemostasis were measured.To investigate the influence on wound healing,surrounding tissue and blood,polysaccharide powder was buried in muscle and liver.RESULTS Polysaccharide powder could significantly shorten the time of haemostasis,compared with control group,and there was no influence on wound healing,surrounding tissue and blood.CONCLUSION Polysaccharide powder has significant local hemostatic effect and good biocompatibility.
