摘　　要：目的 采用HPLC法同时测定白香丹胶囊中芍药苷、丹皮酚和α-香附酮的含量。方法 采用Lichrospher C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长230（芍药苷）、274（丹皮酚）、254（α-香附酮）nm。结果 芍药苷、丹皮酚和α-香附酮的线性范围分别为7.740～123.8、3.776～60.42、0.6881～11.01μg·m L-1,r均为0.9999;加样回收率分别为99.77%、100.76%、99.79%（n=6）。结论 所用方法灵敏简便、准确度高,适用于同时测定白香丹胶囊中芍药苷、丹皮酚和α-香附酮的含量。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin,paeonol and α-cyperone in Baixiangdan capsule.METHODS The method was performed on a Lichrospher C18（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） column with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water at the flow rate of 1.0 m L·min-1by gradient elution.The detection wavelengths were 230 nm,274 nm and254 nm for paeoniflorin,paeonol and α-cyperone,respectively.RESULTS The linear range of paeoniflorin,paeonol and α-cyperone were 7.740-123.8 μg·m L-1（r = 0.9999）,3.776-60.42 μg·m L-1（r = 0.9999） and 0.6881-11.01 μg·m L-1（r =0.9999）,respectively.The average recoveries of paeoniflorin,paeonol and α-cyperone were 99.77%,100.76% and 99.79%（n =6）,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is convenient,accurate and suitable for the simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin,paeonol and α-cyperone in Baixiangdan capsule.
