摘  要:目的 采用HPLC法测定清热止咳颗粒中贝母素甲和贝母素乙的含量。方法 色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-二乙胺(70∶30∶0.03),流速1.0 m L·min-1,柱温30℃,ELSD漂移管温度为70℃,增益为4。结果 贝母素甲的线性范围为0.906~4.53μg(r=0.9994),加样回收率为98.93%,RSD=0.59%(n=6);贝母素乙的线性范围为0.817~4.085μg(r=0.9993),加样回收率为98.28%,RSD=0.97%(n=6)。结论 所用方法简便、准确、快速,重复性好,适用于清热止咳颗粒的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of peimine and peiminine in Qingre Zhike granules.METHODS The Agilent Eclipse XDB C18column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-water-diethylemine(70∶30∶0.03) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 m L·min-1with the column temperature of 30 ℃.ELSD drift tube temperature was 70 ℃,and the gain value was four.RESULTS The sample of peimine in the range of 0.906-4.53 μg showed a good linear relation with the peak area(r = 0.9994).The recovery was 98.93% with the RSD of 0.59%(n = 6).The sample of peiminine in the range of 0.817-4.085 μg showed a good linear relation with the peak area(r = 0.9993).The recovery was 98.28% with the RSD of 0.97%(n = 6).CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate with good repeatability,and suitable for the quality control of Qingre Zhike granules.
