摘　　要：采用HYSYS软件对丙烷预冷混合制冷剂天然气液化流程进行模拟计算,给出HYSYS计算模型,获得天然气、混合制冷剂在液化流程中各点的状态参数,LNG、燃料气的组成以及天然气液化率。得到调整混合制冷剂组成的方法。The natural gas liquefaction process with propane pre-cooled mixed refrigerant is simulated and calculated by HYSYS software. The HYSYS calculation model is established, the state parameters of natural gas and mixed refrigerant at each point in the liquefaction process as well as the composition of LNG and fuel gas and the natural gas liquefaction rate are obtained. The method for regulating the mixed refrigerant composition is achieved.
