摘　　要：详细介绍了规模化薏仁米的加工工艺流程、配套设备选型及其工作原理。生产实践表明,针对薏仁原粮特性设计的脱壳和碾米工艺与核心设备,布局科学合理,可满足清理、脱壳、碾米、配米分级等工序的要求,生产自动化程度高,产品品质好,薏仁米年加工能力可达5万t,较好地解决了国内薏仁加工简单粗放的现状,为薏仁产业化、大规模和综合化加工提供了示范作用。We introduced the production processing technology,selections and working principles of unit equipments of coix seed in detail.The processing technology and equipment layout according to characteristics of coix seed were proved to be scientific and reasonable;it has realized cleaning,hulling,rice milling,classification and distribution.This production line has high automation,good product quality and could process 50,000 tons rice every year.It is a good solution of simple and extensive phenomenon on coix seed production,and plays an important role in industrialization,large production and deep processing of coix seed.
