摘 要:为了明确小麦品种之间抗虫性存在差异的情况下,小麦水分对其抗虫性的影响,研究了28℃温度下,6个抗虫性存在差异的小麦品种,在其水分分别为11.5%、12.5%、13.5%条件下,对玉米象抗虫性的差异。试验结果为:玉米象在相同水分、不同品种小麦中,其子代成虫出现数量、害虫发育历期以及玉米象的敏感系数SI值存在显著差异;对于同一小麦品种,其水分变化显著影响子代成虫出现数量、害虫发育历期以及小麦对玉米象的敏感系数,如小麦水分增加1%,其对玉米象的敏感系数增加了1.14~1.77倍。结果表明:同样水分的不同小麦品种对玉米象的抗虫性存在显著差异,但当小麦水分以11.5%、12.5%、13.5%变化后,水分的增加使小麦的抗虫性明显降低,小麦水分其对其害虫抗性的影响远大于小麦品种差异的影响。Based on the resistance diversity among different wheat variety,the influence of wheat moisture content on its resistance to insects was confirmed.The resistance of six wheat varieties to Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky at 28℃ was assayed when the moisture content was 11.5%,12.5%,13.5%,respectively.The results indicated that there were obvious differences on the progeny number,duration from egg to adult and susceptible index(SI)of wheat to the insect for the grain with the same moisture content.For the same variety of wheat,the progeny number,duration from egg to adult and SIof wheat to the insect had remarkable variation with the moisture content change.For instance,SI would increase by 1.14~1.77 times when wheat moisture content increased by 1%.The results indicated that there was some difference of resistance to insect among wheat variety with the same moisture content.When the wheat moisture content increased(11.5%,12.5%,13.5%),the wheat resistance to insect significantly declined.The moisture content of grain had more influence on resistance to insect than that of wheat variety difference.
