摘  要:为开发一种无氟环保的拒水整理方法,采用酸解法制备纳米微晶纤维素(NCC),并将其协同有机硅拒水剂二浴法整理棉织物。优化了NCC制备条件,并通过红外光谱、X射线衍射、热失重等测试手段对其结构及热性能进行分析;探讨了NCC粒径及整理工艺参数对有机硅拒水剂拒水效果的影响。结果表明:NCC最佳的制备范围为H_2SO_4质量分数60%-65%,温度40-50℃,反应时间2-3 h;NCC协同有机硅拒水整理时,当NCC粒径在260 nm时,织物拒水效果明显提高,达到95分以上,经扫描电镜观察,NCC在织物表面形成粗糙结构。NCC协同有机硅拒水整理最佳工艺参数为:NCC烘干时间180 s、拒水整理焙烘时间90 s、焙烘温度160℃。Nano-crystalline cellulose( NCC) was prepared by acid hydrolysis and cooperated with organo-silicon on cotton fabric for water-repellent finishing by two-bath process in order to develop a fluorine-free and eco-friendly water-repellent finishing method. The preparation condition of NCC was optimized. Structures and properties of NCC were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X ray diffraction and thermogravimetry. Influence of particle size of NCC and parameters of finishing on water repellency were discussed. The results indicate that optimized preparation condition of NCC is: H_2SO_4 concentration of 60%- 65%,temperature of 40- 50 ℃ and acid hydrolysis time of 2- 3 h.NCC of 260 nm in combination with organo-silicone water repellent finishing agents can increase waterrepellency grade from 85- 95. The photo of scanning electron microscope proves that rough structure on the surface of finished fabric has formed. When NCC is used in water repellent finishing cooperated with organo-silicone,the optimized parameters of finishing are: drying time of NCC of 180 s,curing time of water repellent finishing of 90 s,and curing temperature of 160 ℃.
