摘 要:通过盐雾试验、海水浸泡试验、实际海域挂片试验及应力腐蚀试验结合表面形貌观察和显微组织分析,研究了新型无磁高强度A10不锈钢及其对比材料917钢的耐海水腐蚀性能。结果表明:A10不锈钢在海水中全面腐蚀速率低,腐蚀试样表面光亮、无锈、无点腐蚀、无裂纹;而在相同条件下,917钢锈蚀严重。A10不锈钢在海水中的耐蚀性远优于917钢的,且具有优良的抗应力腐蚀开裂性能。The corrosion resistance in sea water of a new non-magnetic & high strength stainless steel A10 and contrastive steel 917 was investigated by means of salt spray test, soaking test, coupon corrosion test and stress corrosion cracking test in combination with observation of surface morphology and analysis of microstructure. Results show that the general corrosion rate of stainless steel A10 in sea water was low so that the surfaces of specimens were glossy without rusts, pits and cracks. In the same conditions, steel 917 corroded severely. Thus, the corrosion resistance of A10 steel was better than that of 917 steel in sea water. The resistance to stress corrosion cracking of steel A10 was good in seawater also.
