摘 要:目的收集整理我院手术治疗的青年肺大疱患者的肺大疱组织,探究叉头状/翅状螺旋蛋白3(FOXP3)、白细胞介素17(IL-17)在青年生长发育期间所形成肺大疱组织的表达。方法选取经手术治疗的30例青年肺大疱患者(平均年龄为25±0.25岁)的肺大疱组织为实验组,选取与肺大疱共同切除的周边正常肺组织作为对照组,并用免疫组织化学方法及Real time PCR检测方法,观察实验组与对照组组织中的FOXP3、IL-17的表达情况。结果 FOXP3和IL-17主要表达在肺疱上皮细胞的胞浆中,细胞核无表达,细胞间质有少量表达。FOXP3蛋白和m RNA在肺大疱组织的表达量明显低于正常肺组织(=0.016),而IL-17蛋白和m RNA在肺大疱组织的表达量则显著高于正常肺组织(=0.028)。结论 FOXP3表达下调与IL-17的表达上调可能与青年生长发育期间肺大疱形成相关。Objective To study the expression of FOXP3 and IL-17 in the bullae tissue of the young patients. Methods 30 cases samples of young lung bullae patients(mean age of 25 ± 0.25) were selected as the experimental group after operation,and the normal lung tissue surrounding the bullae as control group. The protein and m RNA expression of FOXP3 and IL-17 was observed by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR. Results FOXP3 and IL-17 positive product was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of alveolar epithelial cells, but not in the nucleus, and little expression in stromal cells. The expression levels of FOXP3 protein and m RNA were significantly lower in bullae tissue than in normal lung tissue( =0.016), but significantly higher for IL-17 protein and m RNA in bullae tissue than in normal lung tissue( =0.028). Conclusion The downregulation of FOXP3 and upregulation of IL-17 might be related to the growth and development of youth ballue
