RP-HPLC法测定橘红化痰丸中五味子醇甲的含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定橘红化痰丸中五味子醇甲含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil-C18柱,甲醇-水（60∶40）为流动相,流速为1.0m L·min-1,检测波长为250nm,柱温为30℃。结果五味子醇甲浓度在5.0~35.0μg·m L-1间具有良好的线性关系（r=0.9990）,五味子醇甲平均回收率为100.8%,方法精密度（RSD）为1.58%（n=6）。结论该法可用于橘红化痰丸中五味子醇甲的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish the method for determination of schisandrin in Juhong Huatan pills. METHODS A RP-HPLC method was established. The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18. The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol-water（ 60∶ 40,V / V）. The flow rate was 1. 0m L·min- 1,and the detection wavelength was 250 nm. RESULTS The linear range of schisandrin was 5. 0 ~ 35. 0μg·m L- 1（ r = 0. 9990）. The average recovery for schisandrin was 100. 8%,precision of the method was 1. 58%（ RSD,n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method can be used for quantitative determination of the preparation.
