盆炎净颗粒联合微波治疗慢性盆腔炎112例临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察探讨盆炎净颗粒联合微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果,总结其临床应用价值。方法选取我院2011年11月~2014年11月门诊所收治的112例慢性盆腔炎患者作为本次实验的研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组各56例,观察组采取盆炎净颗粒联合微波理疗治疗,对照组采取盆炎净颗粒口服治疗,观察比较两组治疗效果,进行统计学分析。结果据两组症状制定积分疗效比较,两组症状积分较治疗前均显著降低,观察组治疗后症状积分较对照组降低更显著,两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗效果观察组总有效率（94.6%）高于对照组总有效率（82.14%）,两者之间比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,观察组的复发率（5.36%）显著低于对照组（12.5%）,两者之间比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论观察探讨盆炎净颗粒联合微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎,效果明显优于单纯使用盆炎净颗粒治疗,能明显缓解疼痛症状,缩小包块,并发症少.安全性好,值得在临床上推广应用。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of Penyanjing granule combined with microwave therapy in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,summarize its clinical application value. METHODS 112 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2014,the patient admitted as the study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 56 cases in each group,the observation group adopted Penyanjing granule combined with microwave therapy,the control group took the net particle oral treatment of pelvic inflammation,compare the therapeutic effects of two groups,statistical analysis. RESULTS According to the comparison of two groups of symptoms make integral effect,two groups of symptoms compared with those before treatment were significantly decreased after treatment,symptom scores were lower than the control group significantly,the two groups was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）; treatment group total effective rate（ 94. 6%） was higher than that of the control group total effectiveness（ 82. 14%） the comparison between the two,there was significant difference（ P 0. 05）,the recurrence rate of the observed group（ 5. 36%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（ 12. 5%）,there was significant difference between them（ P 0. 05）. CONCLUSION To investigate Penyanjing granule combined with microwave therapy in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,the effect was better than single use of Penyanjing granule treatment,can significantly relieve pain,reduce the mass,with few complications. The security is good,worthy of clinical application.
