摘　　要：海洋捕捞渔业的可持续发展对天津市的现代化都市建设意义重大。本文研究了天津市近岸海洋捕捞渔业的发展现状,同时分析了天津市近岸海洋捕捞渔业面临的资源、环境、管理制度、保护规划等问题,提出了做好近岸海洋捕捞渔业发展规划、完善渔业管理制度、建立健全近岸海洋渔业科技服务体系的对策建议。The sustainable development of marine capture fisheries is important for the modern city of Tianjin.The paper studied the marine capture fisheries development status in Tianjin. The problems of fishery resources,environment,management system and protection planning were analyzed. And based on the analysis,relative suggestions were put forward,including making good marine capture fisheries development planning,improving fishery management system,establishing and perfecting the service system of marine fishery science and technology.
