摘 要:南京青奥中心双塔地下均为3层,地上分别为58层(高255m)和68层(高314.5m),采用了矩形钢管混凝土"密柱"框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构,取消了加强层,并采取地下结构全逆作法施工,是目前世界上最高的超高层建筑全逆做法施工案例之一。通过与建筑师的密切配合以及对项目的深入理解,结构设计师提出了符合多重目标的结构方案,保证了工期目标的实现。从建筑方案的演化过程、结构选型、抗震分析、基础设计、施工逆作设计以及施工模拟分析等多个方面介绍了该项目的设计特点、技术难点以及相应的解决措施,获得了良好的综合技术经济效益。The super high-rise twin towers of Nanking Youth Olympic Center has 3-layer basements underground for both towers and 58 layers (255m) and 68 layers (314. 5m) for each tower respectively. It adopts rectangular concrete filled steel tube concrete dense columns frame-reinforced concrete corewall structural system without strengthening layers. The top-down construction method is applied in all underground structures, and the structure is one of the tallest buildings constructed by the top-down technique. By working together with the architects and through deep researching on the project, the structural engineers proposed the multi-object structural design scheme to ensure the realization of construction time. The evolution of the architectural plan, the structural system selection, the seismic analysis, the foundation design, the top-down method design and the construction simulation analysis were presented. The design details, technique difficulties and corresponding measures were introduced. The high comprehensive technical economic efficiency was fully achieved in this project.
