摘 要:通过对临江硅藻精土、酸浸硅藻土和硅藻土助滤剂的孔结构特性以及吸湿、放湿性能进行研究,得出了硅藻土孔结构特性与其调湿性能关系及其影响规律。结果表明:相同材料的吸湿量大于其放湿量,酸浸硅藻土的平衡吸湿量较高,在湿度70%环境下的平衡吸湿量随其比表面积、孔体积的增大而增加,随平均孔径的增大而降低;平衡放湿量随比表面积、孔体积和平均孔径的增大均表现为先增大后减小的趋势。The pore structure character and moisture absorption-desorption properties of materials purified diatomite from Linjiang,diatomite after acid leaching and diatomite filter aids were studied in this paper,and the relationship and influence between pore structure of diatomite and humidity-control performance are obtained. The results show that the mass of humidity absorption of three diatomite is generally greater than its quantity of humidity-desorption,and the balance humidity absorption of diatomite after acid leaching is higher. Under the low-humidity environment of 70%,the balance humidity absorption quantity increases with the increase of the specific surface area and pore volume,and with the decrease of average pore size; the balance humidity desorption increases first and then decreases with the increase of the specific surface area,pore volume and average pore diameter.
