摘 要:以煤矸石为原料,添加石灰石、氯化铝两种材料,制备复合吸附剂处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水。通过单因素实验确定了制备吸附剂最佳反应条件为煤矸石粒径200目,焙烧温度800℃,焙烧时间90 min,煤矸石与石灰石比例2∶3,氯化铝百分含量为10%。并确定了制得的复合吸附剂处理含Cr(Ⅵ)废水的最佳反应条件,在最优条件下对初始浓度为100 mg/L的含Cr(Ⅵ)废水去除率为91.28%。用X射线衍射、Boehm、扫描电镜、零点电荷、傅里叶红外光谱对自制吸附剂进行结构性能表征,结果表明,复合吸附剂的孔隙量及孔径增加,零点电荷升高,产生堇青石(Mg_2Al_4Si_5O_(18))等具有活性物质。This paper by using coal gangue,limestone and aluminium chloride as raw materials to prepare compound adsorbent and use this new adsorbent in treatment of chromium containing effluent. When the adsorbent preparation gangue particle size of 200 mesh,with the ratio of 2 ∶ 3 mixed with limestone,joined the mass percentage of 10% aluminum chloride,mixed in a muffle from room temperature slowly heated to 800 ℃,holding 90 min,the single factor tests shows compound adsorbent can reach the best preparation conditions. The paper also choose the best adsorption condition of wastewater with Cr( Ⅵ) by single factor test,under the optimal conditions the removal rate of initial concentration of 100 mg / L was91. 28%,and use X-ray diffraction( XRD),boehm,scanning electron microscopy( SEM),Zero charge detection,Fourier infrared spectrum for structural performance characterization. The results show that total pore volume and the average pore diameter of the compound adsorbent all increase,zero charge also increase and reaction produces reactive materials like Mg_2Al_4Si_5O_(18).
