摘  要:本文通过熔融法制备了Na_2O-CaO-SiO_2-P_2O_5系乳浊玻璃,采用SEM、EDS、X射线衍射、同步热分析仪等对样品进行表征。研究结果表明:该玻璃的乳浊是由分相和析晶共同作用造成的,ZnO对玻璃结构有着显著的影响。随着ZnO质量分数的增加,富磷相的数量先增加后减少;少量氧化锌的加入促进了Na_3Ca_6(PO_4)_5的结晶,过多则有Zn_2P_2O_7晶体的生成;随着氧化锌量的增加,白度先升高后降低,在氧化锌质量分数为3%时,白度值最高为86.84%。Na_2O-CaO-Si O2-P_2O_5 opal glass was prepared by melting method in this paper,and was characterized by means of SEM,EDS,XRD,DSC,etc. The results showed this system is caused by the phase separation and crystallization,Zn O has significant effect on microstructure of the glass. With the increasing of zinc oxide content,second phases enriched with phosphate first increase and then decrease.Adding a small amount of zinc oxide can promote the generation of crystal of Na_3Ca_6( PO_4)_5,too many zinc oxide will lead to generate Zn_2P_2O_7 crystal. The white degree first increasing and then decreases with the increasing of Zn O,when the amount of zinc oxide is 3%,the whiteness of glass is as high as 86.84%.
