摘　　要：为满足煤矿井下瓦斯长距离抽采孔及底板注浆孔和穿层孔等多种施工方案对钻机的新要求,在分析了国外钻机的不足的基础上,通过将整套设备分为钻车和泥浆泵车两部分的整体解决方案,设计了ZDY6000LD(B)履带式全液压定向钻机,钻车和泵车可独立行走,同时钻车主机可大角度调整倾角。现场应用表明,ZDY6000LD(B)履带式全液压定向钻机狭窄巷道的适用性强、操作便捷且钻进效率高,是一款多用途煤矿井下钻孔施工设备。In order to meet the needs of construction of long distance drainage borehole of coal seam gas, floor grouting borehole and seam crossing borehole in underground colliery, after analyzing the shortcomings of foreign drilling rig, the whole set drilling facility was divided into the drilling crawler and the slurry pump crawler. And then, ZDY6000LD（B） fully hydraulic track-mounted directional drilling rig was designed, the drilling crawler and the slurry pump crawler could move separately, and the drilling crawler could be adjusted greatly in its obliquity. Field application showed ZDY6000LD（B） fully hydraulic track-mounted directional drilling rig was characterized by strong applicability for narrow roadway, convenient operation and high drilling efficiency. It was a multipurpose drilling facility in underground colliery.
