青海省三角城种羊场弓形虫病的调查研究

摘　　要：青海省三角城种羊场是青海细毛羊的原种场,在育种和繁殖方面起到了示范作用。为此,采集羊场一大队一小队的半细毛羊血清100份,进行弓形虫的血清学抗体检测,对于抗体阳性的血清采用PCR方法进行抗原检测,检测结果为阳性血清3份,阳性率为3%,这说明三角城羊场的半细毛羊中存在弓形虫的感染。100 serum samples of Qinghai fine wool sheep from Sanjiaocheng breeding sheep farmswere collected for antibody detection of toxoplasma serology. The antigen was detected by PCR method for the antibody positive serum. The results showed that positive serum is3, positive rate was 3%. It suggested that half fine wool sheep in Sanjiaocheng breeding sheep farms existed toxoplasma infection.
