互助县牛衣原体病的血清学检测

摘　　要：2015年对互助县辖区内19个乡镇的奶牛进行了衣原体血清学检测,经检测,全县奶牛衣原体抗体平均阳性率为26.31%。其中,奶牛散养户中阳性率为30.5%,奶牛养殖场中阳性率为19.35%,今年新引进奶牛阳性率为28.57%,从血清学检测结果看,衣原体在互助县奶牛中的感染较为普遍,经汇总分析,其感染率在逐年攀升。The Chlamydia serological detection in cowss were conducted in19 villages, Huzhu county in 2015. The resulted that average positive rate of chlamydial antibody in cows was 26.31%. in whole county. The positive rate in cows was 30.5% for cage-free households, the positive rate was 19.35% in cow farms, thepositive rate was 28.57% for newly introduced cows this year. It indicated that chlamydia infections in cows are common in Huzhu county, infection rate is on the rise year by year by summary analysis and statistics.
