摘　　要：汉字民俗学是一门以汉字为核心的多边缘交叉学科,它以汉字构形学理论为指导,汲取与语言文字密切相关的人类学、民族学、历史学、民俗学以及系统论、信息论等科学知识,运用历史主义的现象学方法,对汉字系统进行多侧面考察和论证,以字稽史,以字考俗,昭示出中华民族古老民风民俗的本来面目,为中国民俗文化史的研究提供真实可靠的佐证资料。Chinese Character Folklore is a multi-boundary interdiscipline which focuses on Chinese characters. With the theory on Chinese character structure,it involves knowledge that is closely related to languages and characters,such as anthropology,ethnology,history,folklore,and theories of system and information. It also engages phenomenology of historicism to study and demonstrate the Chinese character system from different dimensions. Its way of investigating history and customs through characters declare the true features of Chinese old traditions and customs,providing reliable evidence for the research on Chinese folk culture history.
