摘 要:近年来南方电网所辖区域台风频繁发生,给电网的安全稳定运行造成了极大的威胁,有必要对广东、广西和海南沿海地区输电线路的风灾事故进行统计分析。文中总结了南网沿海历年各电压等级输电线路的风灾情况,包括跳闸、倒塔、断线和金具损坏等,进一步从设计、施工和运行等方面具体分析导致以上风灾的原因。并对"尤特"和"天兔"这两次强台风对输电线路造成的影响进行详细的分析并提出改进措施。通过对输电线路风灾事故的系统研究,为提高输电线路的防风加固水平提供了合理的依据。There are some transmission lines in China Southern Grid suffering from the frequently typhoon in recent years. So the safe and steady operation of power system is under a great threat. It’s necessary to do some statistical analysis for the wind accidents in Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan province coastal region. So the wind accidents are systematically generalized and summarized for several voltage class transmission lines over the years in this paper, including tripping operation, tower collapse, broken line,fitting breakage, etc., and the reasons are further and concretely analyzed in the design, construction and operation. The two powerful typhoon "ute" and "usagi" impact to transmission line are analyzed in detail and some improvements are proposed. All of these researches above will provide reasonable basis on reinforcing transmission line against typhoon.
