摘 要:在充分分析大倾角综放支架受力特征的基础上,引入侧护板推力、支架因陷入底板而受到的阻力,以及煤矸滑动摩擦力等外力,建立了支架三维力学模型。通过支架的防下滑、防倾倒、以及防扭转力学分析,得到支架稳定性的主要影响因素,提出了提高支架稳定性的技术措施,并在义络煤业得到较好的应用。Based on sufficient mechanics characteristic analysis of a support in top-coal caving face with large dip angle, a three-dimensional mechanics model was established with three new introduced forces besides traditional forces, i.e. the side thrust of side protecting plate installed on adjacent support, resistance of floor to support for support falling into soft floor, and sliding friction of coal and rock on shield beam and tail beam. With mechanics analyzing of glide preventing, dumping preventing, and twist preventing, the main influence factors to stability of support were obtained, and then the technical measures to raise stability of support were presented. These technical measures were adopted in Yiluo coal mine and significant effect was gained.
