摘  要:主要对卷筒的振动特性进行研究,在NX8.5软件中建立其三维模型,并利用Hyper Works分析其约束状态下前4阶固有频率和振型。基于Opti Struct工具平台,采用变密度法,对卷筒进行结构拓扑优化分析,使其第1阶固有频率最大化,优化后体积的增长率不超过30%,确定出卷筒结构的材料最优分布云图,并且对优化后的卷筒进行模态分析,得出新结构的固有频率和振型。结果表明,该方法使卷筒固有频率得到较好地提高,避免了共振现象的产生,同时为进一步合理地设计卷筒提供了参考。Focuses on the research on the vibration characteristics of the drum. To establish its three- dimensional model in NX8.5 software and analyze ahead four natural frequencies and mode shapes under its constraint condition with HyperWorks software. Based on OptiStruct tool platform, with variable density method for structural topology optimization to analyse drum and make its first natural frequency maximize.Besides, the optimization volume is no more than 30 percent growth rate and determine the optimum material structure contours of the drum. Making a modal analysis on the optimized drum and obtain the the natural frequencies and mode shapes of new hoist drum structure . The results show that this method allows the drum to get better enhance the natural frequency, avoiding the resonance phenomenon, as well as further rational design drum providing a reference.
