摘  要:针对相似材料模拟实验时缺失对模拟煤层的支护及应力采集,而造成应力传导不连贯、模拟效果差,不利于提高模拟实验仿真度的缺点,提出一种自移液压支架式应力采集装置的设计。该装置具有外观仿真度高,可自行移、降架,并可做到应力数据的直观读取等特点。设计的装置通过新疆屯宝煤矿1154工作面相似材料模拟实验应用,性能可靠、操作简便,对数据采集的精度及准确性有一定促进作用。In view of the lack of similar material simulation experiment to simulate the supporting of the coal seam and stress, stress caused by conduction incoherent, simulation effect is poor, is not conducive to improve the simulation experiment simulation is shortcomings, puts forward a kind of since the design of the hydraulic scaffolding stress shift acquisition device. The device has a visual simulation is high, can move, fall, and can do stress data of intuitive read, etc. Design of the device through the Xinjiang Chariot Treasure Coal Mine 1154 working face of similar material simulation experiment application, reliable performance, easy operation, on the precision and accuracy of data collection has a role in promoting.
