摘　　要：对高校图书馆文献资源建设工作的若干变化进行了描述与分析,包括文献采购及报销程序规范化、文献采购方式多样化、文献资源多元化、文献资源特色化、文献从注重数量到注重质量、文献编目标准化、文献资源建设人员集体化等,并提出了应对的策略。This paper describes and analyzes some changes in university library＇s literature resources construction including the normalization of literature procurement and reimbursement procedures, the diversification of literature procurement mode, the diversification of literature resources, the specialization of literature resources, the attention to literature from quantity to quality, the standardization of literature cataloging, and the collectivization of personnel for literature resources construction, etc., and puts forward some coping strategies.
