摘 要:基于阴离子表面活性剂能与亚甲蓝阳离子反应生成蓝色物质,该物质被三氯甲烷萃取分离,可在波长652nm处,采用分光光度法测定水中阴离子表面活性剂的含量。优化的试验条件如下:1 0.09g·L^(-1)碱性亚甲蓝溶液的用量为25mL;2萃取条件:萃取3次,每次45s。用亚甲蓝溶液的碱性去除蛋白质和季铵类化合物的负干扰。阴离子表面活性剂的质量浓度在0.100~2.00mg·L^(-1)范围内与其吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3s)为0.005 mg·L^(-1)。加标回收率在91.0%~99.3%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于5.0%。Based on the electrostatic reaction between anionic surfaetants and the cation of methylene blue to form a blue compound which can be extracted with CHCI3 and to have its absorbance detected at the wavelength of 652 nm. Spectrophotometry was applied to the determination of anionic surfactants in water. The optimized conditions found were as follows: ① amount of 0.09 g .L^-1 alkaline methylene blue solution added: 25 mL; @ condition of extraction: extract for 3 times with 45 s in each extraction. Interferences of protein and quaternary ammonium compounds were eliminated by the alkalinity of the methylene blue solution. Linear relationship between values of absorbance and mass concentration of anionic surfactants was obtained in the range of 0.10- 2.00 mg.L^-1 , with detection limit (3s) of 0. 005 mg. L^-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 91.0o/00--99.3~, and values of RSD's (n=6) less than 5.0%.
