摘　　要：碳排放的公平性是区域间设计差异化的碳排放总量分配政策和减排政策的基础,是我国实施碳排放总量控制过程中的关键问题。从碳排放公平性的原则、衡量方法入手,总结和分析我国区域碳排放空间分配研究研究进展。现有文献的研究结果表明,目前存在对重点区域的碳排放公平性问题研究不足、衡量公平性指标单一等问题,未来的研究应重点关注公平性的综合测度和区域的综合发展背景下的区域碳排放空间设计。The equity of carbon emissions was the basis of regional policy design of carbon emissions,emission reduction and the key issue in the process of China＇s carbon emissions total control. This paper would start with the principleand measurements of carbon emission equity,analyzed the development of the regional carbon emissions distribution based on the principle of equity. The results showed that regional equity research was insufficient,the equity index was not comprehensive. The future research should focus on the comprehensive measurement of equity and the design of regional carbon emissions distribution based on comprehensive development.
