摘 要:为研究微生物活菌发酵饲料对育肥猪肠道相关菌群分布的影响,以"杜×长×大"育肥猪(29±1)kg为试材,试验组用微生物活菌发酵饲料饲喂,对照1组和对照2组用市售的两种全价颗粒饲料饲喂。采用梯度稀释平板菌落计数法对育肥猪肠道各区段相关菌群进行分离、培养和计数。结果表明,芽孢菌的最佳定殖区段为小肠3段(回肠)处,试验组芽孢菌菌落总数为(8.8×105±0.09×105)CFU·m L-1,与对照1组(5.70×105±0.32×105)CFU·m L-1相比增加了54.39﹪(P<0.05),与对照2组(8.40×104±0.33×104)CFU·m L-1相比增加了947.62﹪(P<0.05);乳酸菌的最佳定殖区段为盲肠,试验组乳酸菌菌落总数为(3.90×105±0.14×105)CFU·m L-1,与对照1组(1.06×105±0.22×105)CFU·m L-1相比增加了267.92%(P<0.05),与对照2组(4.10×104±0.55×104)CFU·m L-1相比增加了851.22﹪(P<0.05);酵母菌的最佳定殖区段为小肠2段(空肠)处,试验组酵母菌菌落总数为(1.13×105±0.10×105)CFU·m L-1,与对照1组(9.10×104±0.21×104)CFU·m L-1相比增加了24.18﹪(P<0.05),与对照2组(2.31×104±0.09×104)CFU·m L-1相比增加了389.18﹪(P<0.05)。由此可见,微生物活菌发酵猪饲料能有效影响育肥猪肠道菌群,调节肠道微生态平衡。The effect of viable bacteria fermented feed on the related bacterial distribution in the intestine of the growing-finishing Duroc-Landrace-Yorkshire pigs(29±1 kg) was studied. The experimental group was fed with viable bacteria fermented feed. The control group 1 and 2 were fed with a complete formula feed of a local brand and another different brand, respectively. The related bacterial distribution in each section of intestine was isolated, cultivated and counted by serial dilution, tissue culture, and flat colony counting methods. The results showed that the best colonization zone of Bacillus was ileum. The concentration of Bacillus in the experimental group was(8.8×10^5±0.09×10^5) CFU·m L-1, which was higher than that in control group 1(5.70×10^5±0.32×10^5) CFU·m L-1 by 54.39%(P〈0.05) and control group 2(8.40×10^4±0.33×10^4) CFU·m L-1 by 947.62%(P〈0.05). The best colonization zone of Lactobacillus was cecum. The concentration of Lactobacillus in the experimental group was(3.90×10^5±0.14×10^5) CFU·m L-1, which was higher than in the control group 1(1.06×10^5±0.22×10^5) CFU·m L-1 by 267.92%(P〈0.05) and in control group 2(4.10×10^4±0.55×10^4) CFU·m L-1 by 851.22%(P〈0.05). The best colonization zone of Yeast was jejunum. The concentration of Yeast in experimental group was(1.13×10^5±0.10×10^5) CFU·m L-1, which was higher than that in control group 1(9.10×10^4±0.21×104) CFU·m L-1by 24.18%(P〈0.05) and control group 2(2.31×10^4±0.09×10^4) CFU·m L-1 by 389.18%(P〈0.05). The results indicated that the viable bacteria fermented feed can influence the intestinal flora of growing-finishing pigs and adjust the micro-ecological balance.
