认知与参与:基于服务新生代农民工社会组织的调查分析

摘　　要：运用安徽省微观调查数据,从新生代农民工主体视角研究其对社会组织认知与参与的研究发现:新生代农民工群体对政府组织与社区组织认知度较高,但该群体实际参与程度不容乐观;对宗教组织与企业组织认知度较低且参与率低;性别对其参与社会组织没有显著影响,学历越高其参与社会组织人数越多;新生代农民工群体社会组织参与情况不仅仅是体现在经济理性层面上,更重的是社会理性行为的体现,这些社会理性变量对新生代农民社会组织参与有非常显著的正向影响。Using the micro survey data of Anhui Province,from the perspective of the main body of the new generation of migrant workers to study their awareness and participation of social organizations. The study found that the new generation of migrant workers to the government organizations and community organizations awareness is higher,but the actual participation of the group is not optimistic. Lower awareness of religious organizations and the rate of business organizations participation are also low. Gender has no significant impact on the participation of social organizations. The higher the degree of education,the greater the number of people involved in social organizations. The new generation of migrant workers social organization participation is not only reflected in the level of economic rationality. More importantly,it is the embodiment of the social rational action. These social rational variables have a significant positive impact on the participation of the new generation of farmers＇ social organizations.
