摘　　要："语言机能"是当代语言研究、特别是进化语言学探讨中出现频率最高的核心术语之一。乔姆斯基对这个概念的引入、组成和分化的认识反映了其历史演变过程。相关学术史实的梳理和澄清对语言进化研究发展的深化具有积极意义。The faculty of language is one of the key concepts in contemporary linguistics,especially in evolutionary linguistics.Chomsky＇s study to the introduction,the components and the differentiation of this concept is a good reflection of its evolutionary process. The clarification of the relevant academic historical fact has a positive influence to deepen the development of language evolution research.
