摘 要:为了研究铁皮石斛炭疽病,在实验室和栽培地里分别对由黑线炭疽菌引起的铁皮石斛炭疽病进行了症状观察,分离培养、病原菌鉴定和致病性试验。结果表明,黑线炭疽菌仅为害叶片,平均发病率11.3%;在分离到的59个真菌菌落中,黑线炭疽菌占44.1%。经过形态学描述、DNA测序鉴定,以及致病性试验,确定黑线炭疽菌是引起铁皮石斛炭疽病的病原菌。它是铁皮石斛的新病原,在中国属于首次报道。In order to research anthracnose of Dendrobium pathogenic fungus identification and pathogenicity test were officinale, symptoms observation, isolation and culture, carried out in both laboratory and cultivation field respec- tively. The results showed that Colletotrichum dematium only damage leaf, the average incidence was 11.3%. C. dematium accounted for 44. 1% among of the isolated 59 fungal colony. The research confirms that pathogenic fungus caused by D. officinale anthracnose was C. dematium after morphological description, DNA sequencing to i- dentify and pathogenicity test. C. dematium is the first reported pathogenic fungus on D. officinale in China.
